You do need to be aware of three things. First, putting all those little adhesive dots up is very tedious. Second, your panels may need to be fluffed, I used a curtain steamer and it was a breeze. Third, if you're putting them on the ceiling, you'll want to press extra hard and long on the adhesive dots under the foam to get them to really stick together. If you're comfortable with all this, it's a cheap way to improve sound quality in your practice room.
