This is the same professional version of Febreze that hotels and restaurants use. It works great and leaves a pleasant fragrance that is not overwhelming. Can be used on just about any fabric type as it states. Use in accordance with instructions provided by P&G Professional. If unsure about use on a fabric/surface, test it in an inconspicuous area but I've not had any issues using it on most of my household soft surfaces like chairs, bath mats, comforters, etc... It is a little pricey but pretty much in line with other resellers of P&G Professional products.

I love this Febreze! Because I am allergic to most fragrances this is perfect for my use. Because of this there are also no conflicting smells from other household products,

I have used this refresher in the following applications to remove bad odors: - Car upholstery - Outdoor sofa - Hotel (in a room that was supposed to be smoke free!) - Carpet (toddler son peed on it a few times over the years) - Rental property after a tenant with REALLY bad hygiene left (they let a LOT of stray cats into the house and despite ripping out all the carpet, the smell never went away. This Febreze did the job!) For the above trials, this refresher worked VERY well, especially with the rental property that was unbearable to stay in without opening all the windows, doors, and turning on the ceiling fans! TIPS - To apply on fabrics, make sure you always test on a hidden part first to check for any discolorations - Always vacuum any fabric first so that no dust stays behind - Spray on the fabric until damp Odor slowly goes away as the spray dries. Does the job, and smells great!

I was disappointed to see that the directions didn't indicate it could be used in the wash for stinky laundry, which I hoped for. But it is meant for direct spraying onto smelly fabrics. When I first used this, I thought the smell of the product was overwhelming. It took several hours to air out the room after spraying a mattress. It did eliminate the worst of the previous smells, if not everything, so it does work.
