Works well
I've been taking it for 1 week now. I sleep well and I am super focused during the day. I do crossfit and I drink it right after my workout because it really helps with recovery. I usually drink it on an empty stomach and then wait about 20-30mins before I eat. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not, I just like doing it that way. I am hoping to see some reduction in belly fat in about 4 weeks or so. The taste is great, I would compare it to a very light Gatorade.

Absolutely Nasty Tasting
Omg this is absolutely disgusting 🤢! I tried pawning this on to my 30 year old son who grew up on Harry Potter booger flavored jelly beans and he said he’d rather eat the jelly beans. We even tried break it up into different Oz cups to add different flavors and nothing works. Did they think this through? And I bought 3 of them hoping they would be good so as I didn’t bite myself in the +++ and be left with nothing

Love this stuff
I've taken half a packet every 2 days making my 3 pack last 8 days. I love this stuff. Just ordered the 24 pack. It has a lemony taste but I put it in my crystal light not water. My bloating has gone down and it helps calm my mind. I wanted to Waite to wright this review so i knew it wasn't just me being hyped over thinking it was working. It does and I'll be buying more.

Under testing consideration
To early to tell, only on day two. Will update at time goes on. As for the taste, it seems there no common sense anymore. If you have water enhancers squeeze a few streams in the bottle. Or sprinkle a little lemon aid non sugar in it ( dam I must be a genius think that ).

Great for emergency packs and medical kits
In an emergency these are a subtle add-on recommend for helping high stress situations, very usable for lots of applications but it's in my emergency bag, I hope to never need it but maybe I'll just try one and get another order, these are easy to pack in a bag for a trail or hiking trip, packaging is metal foil so long lasting, amazing effects for frequent users in studies however my intentions are for helping in a time of need safely, this is what I wanted it for and is an amazing option backed by science.
