Perfect Travel Pillow
I got this travel pillow for an intercontinental trip from LA to Budapest and after trying many travel pillows, this was the most perfect one that offered the best support without the clunkiness of the others. I chose the olive green one. It is super lightweight and folds into a small ball that fits perfectly on my bag and offers great support for my neck the has disc herniation from a car accident in 2019. Most travel pillows are too hard and large in size, I am 5'2' and this is the most perfect fit and a great investment for a comfortable travel experience.

Best one I've tried so far
Bought this product for a long trip we will be going on next month. This is the 4th version we have purchased. It is better than the previous 3 in that you don't have to tighten it so much to keep your head upright. The other ones I've tried you need on so tight they feel like they're choking you. Still not a perfect product but is the best one I've used so far.

Better designed than anything in the airport, or that I've used before.
Just went on a trip to Reno and left my new pillow at home because I didn't expect to nap on the plane... except we were delayed. I seriously wish I had it instead of nodding and waking myself up. I'm writing this on the couch at night and starting to nod a bit with the pillow on me. So easy to slowly close your eyes. The first thing I noticed about the pillow was how it's stored. Right out of the pouch it has it's own little elastic strap to neatly wrap itself up. My previous pillow relied on me squeezing into a little roll and then velcro'ing the pouch to keep its shape. After a couple of uses it started to tear, and now I dare not use it for fear of a total dismemberment. This design is clever and removes that stress of bunching into a ball, and doing it over and over again. The overall feel is what you would expect of a proper neck pillow. It uses a supportive viscoelastic (memory foam) for support. It also has a little adjustable buckle in the front to keep it around your neck. Adjustability is key: big necks and little necks would benefit. I think my neck is a little long for the design, but I have yet to find a "tall" pillow. So far so good as I could take a nap right now in it.I just noticed after taking it off that it's asymmetrical -- if you position the strap under your chin, one side is taller than the other. Maybe some folks like to rest their head at more of an angle than straight up? My preference is just a bit cocked. I can also see if you wanted to put the tall part under your chin so that you sleep with your head more forward. I like the options and adjustability, almost as if you used your bed pillow differently given your different position. There is also a secret zipper that blends in with the fabric. Yes, one day I do plan to wash it. Good idea.I'd recommend this to anyone and could easily see this as an impulse buy at the airport, except I'm glad I picked it up online. We have a long road trip coming up and I'm going to put this to good use while my wife drives.

Not worth it
No support whatsoever and I have a small neck/head and am a petite woman. It's soft, sure, but it doesn't hold your head up at all. Bought to use for a 20-hour flight and glad I tested it before packing because so not worth the cost! Glad I was able to return it.

Didn’t support like I imagined it would
I feel a little bad giving this thing such a low rating because it is a great quality product, made very well... Excellent fabric, great foam, love the way it rolls up and the travel bag with the caribiner to easily clip on or off (reason I gave it high stars for traveling)... but in actual use, it’s not what I’d hoped it would be. I spent QUITE a bit of time comparing travel pillows and their reviews went with this one. I got the smaller size (despite being a bigger woman). I thought it would keep my neck/head in place so that I could just rest like the woman in the picture, but it doesn’t work like that. You’re not able to secure it tight enough that it would act like a neck brace, and even if you were, it would be too big to fit under your chin. The high an low parts weren’t high and low enough and I was annoyed that I couldn’t find a good spot. I just couldn’t get comfortable with it and found myself wishing that I just had a normal travel pillow.

Worked out really great on overseas flight.
I gave this to my son for Christmas. He flew on a 15 hour flight to Dubai and said this pillow worked really great and was very comfortable.

Finally...the PERFECT NECK PILLOW!
I can honestly say I have never been a fan of neck pillows because they just give me absolutely no support and extremely bulky. Cushion Lab's neck pillow accomplishes what no other neck pillow has done for me...it supports both my head and neck with it's unique design without being bulky. The design may seem odd as one side is higher than the other, but it actually allows you to support your chin and allows you to lean your face against the pillow comfortably. On top of that, it comes with a small travel bag that keeps the pillow clean and has a clip that you can clip to your backpack or suitcase.Overall, very impressed by this product. I've been able to find a use for it not just on planes, but while watching TV in my bed in order to support my neck and head. Definitely a must buy for anyone!

Beware of clip
This pillow was ok. One of the better ones. Unfortunately I only got to use it once before it was no longer attached to my backpack. The carabiner was still there but it clearly came untied somewhere in the airport. What a waste.
