I use these for countless footwork drills , coaching American Football. Great to emphasize and create muscle memory foot placement. Increase agility, proper coordination, proper foot placement. Ideal for any kind of athletics.

I bought this set of rings for boxing footwork and they work really well for that purpose. I took off one star because they are very hard to put together and take apart with the enclosed connectors. Other than that, they're a great price point for what they are and the carrying case is handy for toting and storage.

Helped me train for playing SS in football

I love that this comes in a storage bag and easy to keep away. I love this also has clips to affix each one together. The rings are pretty big and make great agility workouts.

I'm using these on hooks throughout the house as fpv micro race drone gates with blacklights. They work very well considering they were not made for this, but some of them were a bit warped which is why 4 stars out of 5. Nice flexible hard plastic. I dont anticipate the carry bags lasting long -they're cheaply made.

Items came as expected and work great for working out outside. Really enjoy the product and get a lot of use out of the rings.

These are made of a strong think plastic making them portable and easy to use. The carrying case seems well made with extra room. The rings are larger than I expected and will serve as a good agility training aid.
