Nongshim Soon Veggie Ramyun Noodle Soup (Pack of 5) 560g

Never had these noodle soups before, really good added egg and water chestnuts and spinach to make it more healthier

I like to eat something not too filling and quick to make for lunch. My usual choice would be Pot Noodles, but I fancied a change. These noodles and the accompanying vegetable and soup base sachets made a really tasty meal. Easy to make and they are just the right level of spiciness for me. They have a 'kick' but not too hot. Very pleased. A good choice for a quick, tasty meal.

I actually tried this whilst on holiday in Malta and it was delicious, I brought a carton back with me too. So disappointed they don’t do this in the cartons, but will be purchasing more.

Being from the UK I grew up on Pot Noodles and Super Noodles. I fancied trying something a bit more oriental and after about a thousand YouTube videos it's clear this company makes the favourite noodles. People say the red bag is hot and the green bags mild but I suffered from the spice,, this is not mild.to me as I eat jalapeños and sweet chilli sauce, this is hotter than kebab hot sauce ! wish I knew this before I purchased 5 packs. ! As I was advised these are mild and being vegan I obviously went for the vegetable ones, they were easy to make on the hob using 2 cups of water and the included dry veg and soup powder. At first tasting I found a well rounded vegetable soup base with soft bouncy noodles, but then the heat got my throat and tried again and the heat doubled unfortunately I could not finish them and I such high hopes for this product !

I bought these to try as my sister finds the Nong Shim Gourmet Spicy noodles too spicy. These are a great alternative for anyone who finds the Gourmet Spicy noodles too hot. It's got the perfect level of spice whilst still delivering great flavour and the texture of the noodles is perfect - just follow the instructions on the back and you'll have a delicious meal in 5 minutes. We added some crispy fried mushrooms, spring onion and sesame seeds to this - perfect! Honestly we've been joking about how we could eat these everyday, they're that tasty. Great find and definitely better than the instant noodle options in UK supermarkets.

I had a look through the reviews before I cooked it for the first time. I read one reviewer recommend to cook the broth separately to the noodles. I’ve done this and will do this all the time now 🙌 (I prefer a strong broth) I cooked the noodles in a pan and threw away the water. In a separate pot/container I had boiled water (I halved the value due to personal choice at 200-250ml) added it to the broth and veggies. Added in a bowl with a little bit of sesame oil. Love. It! Tiny bit of heat 🌶️ to this soup but it’s not too much to handle. I’m going to buy this again. Very happy 🍜 UPDATE: I’ve started adding TVP (pea protein) to my broth while the noodles cook to add some more nutrients to the soup. This has become my favourite way to eat this and now my favourite noodle soup

We love Ramen noodles in our house and found these ones to be the best ones for flavour with the right amount of heat, not too spicy and great for vegetarians and vegans.

Delicious! You can choose if you want bits in it as the packets of flavour come separately and it has a incredible taste with a slight kick to it. I hate really spicy but these are just enough.

ich liebe diese Suppe, herzhaft, spicy , leichte Schärfe, meine Empfehlung : besser schmeckt die Suppe mit 300-350 ml, sie ist dann kräftiger
