I’m very impressed with this chair! It was easy to assemble and feels comfortable even after sitting for long hours. The breathable mesh back keeps me cool, and the lumbar support provides great lower back comfort. The chair is lightweight enough to move around easily but still feels stable and well-built. The wheels roll smoothly and quietly without making annoying noises on the floor. After regular use, it has held up very well and feels durable and reliable. The height adjustment works perfectly, and the overall quality is excellent for the price. I would definitely recommend this chair for a home office, study space, or gaming setup.

I've bought two of these chairs. Our first chair was easy to put together and we've been happy with it. For our second chair, we had some trouble snapping a wheel or two into the base. We thought we made it work, but after putting it all together, my daughter had trouble with the wheel snapping off repeatedly throughout the month. I emailed customer service about it, a bit worried because we had already thrown away all the packaging and we had already been using the chair for a month. I was relieved to see a reply within a day or so. At first I requested a replacement of parts, but then through some email exchanges of pictures and videos, Neochair customer support ascertained that I would not only need the parts I requested, but also some additional parts that they said would be hard to take apart once put together. Once they verified the problem, the solution, and our address, they sent the parts right away! I'm incredibly relieved that we did not have to take the chair apart and send back the chair we already put together, and that customer support was so responsive. Great experience and I would buy from them again!

I purchased the NEO CHAIR Office Desk Computer Chair (Mesh Black) because it fit my budget, and that is honestly the biggest positive I can say about it. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. 1. Assembly: The listing suggests assembly takes about 20 minutes and is easy. In our experience, it took my son and me approximately 45 minutes. The biggest issue was attaching the armrests to the backrest. The screw holes aligned perfectly when the armrests were removed, but once the armrests were positioned, the screws would not thread correctly and wanted to go in at an angle. We watched the assembly video and reviewed the instructions several times to make sure we weren't making a mistake. It ultimately required much more force than it should have just to get the screws started. 2. Caster Wheels: The wheel sockets never fully seated into the chair base. Even with significant pressure, they would not fit completely, making the finished chair feel less secure than expected. 3. Chair Base: One section of the chair base did not line up correctly. The plastic pieces were visibly misaligned, which makes me question the manufacturing quality. 4. Armrests: The armrests are much too low. I am only 5'2", and I still cannot comfortably rest my arms on them while sitting. They provide very little support. 5. Seat Comfort: The seat cushion is quite firm and uncomfortable for extended use. More importantly, the seat is angled too far forward, causing me to gradually slide toward the front of the chair depending on the clothing I'm wearing. 6. Back Support: While the lumbar curve itself is acceptable, it pushes my body forward, which makes the sliding problem even worse. I find myself constantly repositioning just to stay seated comfortably. 7. Upper Back Support: The top portion of the backrest leans too far backward. It doesn't provide proper support for my upper back or neck, making it uncomfortable to lean against. After about 15 minutes of sitting, I begin experiencing back discomfort. Overall, this chair did not meet my expectations. While the price was affordable, the assembly difficulties, questionable fit and finish, uncomfortable seating position, and lack of proper ergonomic support outweigh the savings. Personally, I would not recommend this chair for seniors or for anyone who plans to sit for extended periods while working or gaming.

The chair is pretty solid, and an excellent value, but it was waaay too difficult to put together. The rolling wheels were very difficult to insert. They required quite a bit of force to go in, and in some cases required multiple attempts regardless. Once I needed pliers to pull one back out first. Worse, some of the screws were far too difficult to line up correctly, while holding parts at awkward angles. If they'd just changed the shape of the attachments a bit, it wouldn't take a dozen tries to get a single screw to line up correctly. And I've done far more complicated furniture assemblies. So, although it was a close call, I'm deducting a star just for being an unnecessary PITA to put together, which is something I've actually never done before. The process was just that annoying. Other than that, it's a pretty good chair, especially for $35. It sits well, the height adjust well, and it's pretty firm. I needed a solid desk chair that can double as a dining room chair, and this fits the bill and is also considerably cheaper than most dining room chairs. I've also had it a month now as of this update, and I've had zero issues with it. It's still kinda shocking it was only $35 (almost enough to make me forget about the torturous assembly process... almost). Tip: attach the peddle assembly to the bottom of the seat BEFORE you attach the back to the seat. I'm grateful I did that because that part ended up being very easy, but would have been harder if I'd done them in the instruction order.

great office chair - wanted for a second desk for moderate use. I purchased the ivory and it's very sleek and comfortable to sit in as well. Wasn't expecting much comfort but it's surprisingly good. The rocking feature allows you to adjust your comfort further making the chair very functional. I also love the color blends in with my walls and is not overly bulky compared to bigger black chairs. The chair takes up little space and works great. Happy with this purchase

Obviously its not insanely comfortable, but for the price I cant complain, I just needed something quick that matched my setup. Assembly is easy but don't tighten everything down firmly until you have all of the screws in their respective holes. Maybe I just got lucky with a good one. It rolls fine enough on carpet, and looks pretty good.

I mean it's a chair, it rolls around, its a decent seat for 40 dollars. If you are looking for something with more function than just a chair then look elsewhere. But again for 40 dollars and a quickish assembly. Its getting the job done. its decently durable, im 280 pounds and I can sit in it alright enough. not very good for someone of a wider stature. the adjustable portion on height is very nice. I am atleast able to raise my seat up a good point for my tall desk. slides pretty quietly. and it looks neat. overall like I said for 40 bucks its a good chair, better fit for someone smaller than me but its decent again for 40 dollars. I just wanted something fast. I will probably get another and give both of them to my children for their homework desks and get something bigger and better for myself.

The chair is very average and definitely not for grown up adults as chair's size is quite small. The another major point backrest is pointing from top and it is uncomfortable while resting your back. If you have budget and not looking for cheap option, will recommend to skip this option. As I am someone who sit on chair for around 9-10 hours a day for work and for that this is not definitely comfortable.
