Purchased: Offline / Outside Amazon I’ve had this Faber gas hob for around 5 years now, and it has been a continuous headache. Despite the high-end marketing cast iron supports, dual flame burners, and toughened glass the actual durability and overall build quality are severely lacking. The Major Issues: Poor Long-Term Reliability: The unit has failed multiple times throughout the last 5 years. It is simply not built for consistent, everyday cooking. Extremely Expensive Maintenance: The burner completely failed recently, and the repair estimate came out to around ₹10,000. Spending that much just to keep a 5-year-old hob functional makes no sense. Terrible Service Support: Faber’s after-sales service is notoriously slow and unhelpful. It took two full weeks just to get a technician to visit my home to inspect the issue. Waiting half a month for basic service on an essential kitchen appliance is completely unacceptable. Verdict: Do not be fooled by the specs or sleek appearance. The frequent breakdowns, outrageous repair costs, and agonizingly slow service make this hob a very poor long-term investment. Look elsewhere if you want a reliable cooktop and responsive customer care.

Always gets damaged easily..had to replace value and someother stuffs frequently and it also requires service which cost 800 every 6 months
