For the referenced 450ft, does that refer to the paper when it's rolled flat, or does that refer to the stretched/expanded length?

Is there a recommended tissue paper refill? I'm having trouble finding one, especially one with a core tube as large diameter needed to use the rod.

Is each roll 445 feet or combined (222.5 feet each)?
