Review: A LOT OF LIGHT - I did a lot of research and comparison before purchasing the Magicshine ALLTY 1500S 2500S. I ride a paved trail early in the AM and decided it was time for a light. This gets great reviews. It was easy to setup and I chose not to use the remote, simply a personal preference. The light is ample @ 500 Lumens, excellent @ 1,000 Lumens and simply blinding @ 1,500 Lumens. I left on a ride this morning with 99% charge. Ran it for 1 hour @ 1,000 and then an hour on a blink setting. Returned with 62% charge. Easy to mount on your handlebars and doesn't use much space. This is on the expensive side, but worth it if you need a great light. I would be careful of the aim if you are riding with the 1,000 or 1,500 setting as it could be blinding to oncoming bike or car traffic. Update 8/10/24 → Used it for the second time this AM. Left with 100% charge. Rode for 2 hours and 34 minutes. The first 1 hour 20 minutes using 1,000 steady headlight, remaining 1 hour and 14 minutes on blink setting. Returned with 48% charge still available. Love this puppy!
Review: Great Light, But a Serious Safety Flaw — Magshine Should Fix This - I was genuinely impressed with the Magshine Alty 1500S — excellent brightness, battery life, and build quality. Unfortunately, the product has a critical safety issue: there is no secondary safety tether, unlike the small cord that cycling computers use to stay attached to the frame if the main mount fails. While riding a gravel route at night, the light detached from its mount and fell off without me noticing. I lost it completely. This happened in the middle of a remote area with no towns nearby. Fortunately, I had a backup light, otherwise it could have been dangerous. For a product intended for off-road and nighttime use, a safety tether should be standard, especially given the vibrations of gravel riding. I believe this was a design flaw rather than user error, and I hope Magshine will consider replacing it. Great light — but the lack of a fail-safe attachment is a real problem.

## Features

- DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT: The main light projects a bright 1500-lumen beam, plus an always-on daytime running light, ensuring excellent visibility even during the day.

- OLED SCREEN DISPLAY: Displays the remaining battery level, mode, and available runtime at minute-level precision to facilitate your schedule.
- WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL: The wireless remote control allows for simple and accurate operation and jumps to full output mode with one click.
- BUILT-IN MOTION SENSOR: Automatically turns on when braking (can be turned on/off manually).Ambient light sensor automatically adjusts brightness to the environment.
- APP CUSTOMIZATION: Customize modes, activate light/vibration sensor, or set SOS flash pattern preferences via the APP. *The APP supports up to 20 customized modes.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great light, great company
*by B***V on September 25, 2026*

This has been a great product (bike light). I've had it over 2 years now. I lost the mounting strap so contacted them to buy a new one. They sent it to me free of charge. Excellent company--will buy from again!
