Good Design, Defective Unit GREAT Customer Service
The product concept is good, but my unit leaked badly. Too much water pours from the bottom. Not returnable..HOWEVER Mfg. Customer support is GREAT..New unit on the way!!

The best on the market.
It’s the best! Hands down! The HydroPulse makes sinus irrigation fast and easy. I went from being afraid of the THOUGHT of pouring water into my sinuses to using this whenever I felt it could help. I have been suffering from occasional, but terrible sinus issues for a while. Short of surgery, this gives me the best relief. When I found the manually operated Netipot to be ineffective, I looked at the other devices available and settled on the HydroPulse because of the ability to customize it to my needs. It has 3 sizes of irrigation heads. It also has what I’ll call a tongue irrigator head. This makes the set and you get 2 sets. The device can be set to stream constantly or pulse and you can adjust the pressure of the pulse. I took great care with the device, but still cracked the reservoir. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. I called and got a HUMAN! I asked for a replacement of the reservoir. They sent me a new device! I’m SO GLAD I went for this device. It’s a life saver for me. Great value!

It’s a great product
I have been using this product for a while. It’s easy to use. Qualities is great the machine is well built easy to put together. My allergies are bad as they used to be I recommend this product to anyone who has allergies or suffer with congestion it cleared up my congestion very well and having improved breathing. I give it five stars.

Tried twice and both failed with in a few months.
We bought 2 of these and they both died on us within a few months. We thought maybe we had damaged the first one, but the second also failed in less than 3 months. Leaks all over the floor, and at this point wont turn off if we dont unplug it.

Great customer service
I purchased the product in September after having sinus surgery to remove polyps. The surgery required me to irrigate my sinuses twice a day after surgery and was suggested to continue on daily after I healed. I received the manual NeilMed bottle and wanted something with a bit more pressure and found this machine. I purchased it and put it together and started using it and it works great with the constant and pulsating settings but it would leak from the base all over the counter and I would lose a great deal of solution. I took it apart and put it back together and it stopped leaking for a few uses and then the leak came back. I stopped using it until the other day when my sinuses were very blocked. It cleared the blockage but leaked all over and took two rounds to get one full does of solution. I reached out to NeilMed chat support on their website and withing 2 minutes took my information and are sending me a new unit at no charge. WOW!! Great customer service!! If you have sinus issues I highly recommend the NeilMed products!
