I wasn't expecting much from a caffeine-free no stim pre-workout this stuff comes on strong energy, "tingle," no buzz I've seen reviews complaining of the taste, I purchased the Tropical Punch, nothing wrong with the taste but if you're used to sweet sweet Kool Aid and strong sugary flavors be prepared to be disappointed, it's a mild fruit taste, not too sweet ... is it a little grainy, yeah ... it's not a dessert, it's a pre-workout mix, I'm giving it five stars for doing what it's supposed to do and tasting/mixing way better than I expected Takeaway, the taste is not unpleasant, and if you want it thoroughly dissolved use a blender and warmer water, I use cold water and hand mixer, a little grainy, not too sweet, not overpowering flavor, gives good energy lasts a long time

It’s a good product considering it’s a non stim pre. Taste is really sweet and strong but that’s kind of expected, it was not a problem for me. It didn’t make my stomach upset, no headaches or pre workout crash. It does cause a tingling sensation but I don’t really mind it. I also take it whenever I need a pick me up to focus at work, since I don’t drink caffeine. It does help me focus. I don’t have it everyday so I feel like it’s a good value for the money. It helps my workouts for sure but it’s not as powerful as regular pres.

Overall, this is a very solid stim-free pre-workout from Transparent Labs. The formula is clean, effective, and delivers great pumps and endurance without any caffeine or jitters. It mixes well, tastes good, and I really appreciate knowing exactly what I’m putting into my body. That said, the powder is extremely fine. When scooping it out, it tends to puff up into the air, and if you’re not careful it’s easy to inhale some of it. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be mindful of. Despite that minor issue, it performs exactly as advertised and is one of the better stim-free options I’ve used. Just scoop carefully.

This works well for me. I can definitely feel a difference in my workout. I'm able to get a couple extra reps in with less rest between sets. Also helps me focus. I didn't experience any of the side affects listed by others (nausea, tingling, etc..), however, because I tend to have a hard time getting enough sleep, I only use 1/2 the dose and limit my coffee intake to 1/2 cup in the morning before workout. I use the Tropical Punch flavor and it tastes better than I was expecting. Can't comment on other flavors. It does have Stevia, which I personally don't care for, but I don't notice it in this brand/flavor, but again, I only use 1/2 dose. In the end, everybody's different so you just have to take all the reviews with a grain of salt and try stuff to see if it works for you. TL is kind of on the expensive end and it would be nice if they didn't include natural flavors, but on the balance I'm happy with it and will continue to use it. I'd recommend to others.

I tried the Tropical Punch flavor. It’s very tangy and sour, but it mixes easily in water. Doesn’t smell bad and it’s easy to take. This pre-workout does exactly what a stim-free formula is meant to do. It won’t give you an instant burst of energy or make you feel wired like caffeine based pre workouts. It doesn’t affect your focus. Instead, it starts to work at about 15–20 minutes into your workout once your body warms up. It helps with strength endurance and keeps your performance steady through sets. You may feel some skin tingles at first (which is normal with certain ingredients), but they fade quickly. It doesn’t mess with your stomach or blood pressure. I recommend starting with a little over half a scoop to assess tolerance, then adjusting from there. The pumps feel clean and natural and not overly stimulated. Recovery between sets feels smoother. If you’re looking for a stim-free pre workout focused on endurance and natural pumps rather than caffeine-driven energy, this is a solid option. Just make sure you understand what stim-free means before purchasing.

I’ve tried many different preworkout products over the years. The downside is when something works as its intended, it usually ends up discontinued or banned for one reason or another. This product is great. It mixes easily and tastes fantastic (Tropical Punch). I enjoy the feel of beta alanine and this stuff is the hardest hitting out there that I have tried in years. Great value for the money considering the dosage of the ingredients when compared to competitors. I love that it doesn’t have caffeine and it’s still more than capable of giving you that surge of energy to delay fatigue as long as possible. I’ll definitely purchase again.
