Because this seller stands by their products and reputation, I have changed my review to reflect the great customer support they have given to me. Will now check out their other brushes to hopefully purchase one of them. As at least one other reviewer stated: Bristles Come Out. The handle is fine, the bristles themselves are also fine and the lighter colored bristles were great for my hair. However, both the lighter and darker colored bristles on each side are shedding every time I tried to use it = they are not glued down properly. :( Having them fall out into my hair, into the sink, onto the floor, etc. is not acceptable. So I threw it in the trash. A Complete Waste Of Money. Looking for another brush now = Don't buy it! :(

Large brush, solid wood, both sides are soft, thick bristles-the lighter side has slightly softer and longer bristles. I took off one star because the plastic wrap was previously opened. I didn't select the "used, like new" option but I think that is what I received. I would have returned it but I intend on using it for my pet, so I chose to keep it.
