They made a huge difference in my pumping experience almost immediately. The inserts are soft, flexible, and easy to place inside the 24mm flanges, and they instantly improved the fit. Downsizing to the correct size helped reduce discomfort, rubbing, and nipple pain, making pumping much more comfortable and efficient overall. I also noticed better milk expression because the fit is more secure and properly aligned. The quality feels durable, and having multiple inserts in the pack is great for backups or replacements.

Loving these. Very comfy. Works great. Fits my Specta S1 well. Granted the size 21 was a little harder to get in place than the size 19, but both went in just fine and only took a few moments to get in place with proper lubrication. Much more comfortable than using the machine's ill-fitting size 24 stock flange. Because of the range is sizes I was able to get a pair for me without the stress of potentially getting the wrong size and a set that fits my roommate who's also a new mom.

These were great. I recommend getting a spray bottle of water and spraying inside the flange before trying to put these in so that they slide in and out a little easier. It’s also a lot easier to clean water than to use nipple cream.

I wasn’t sure what size I needed and this gave me 1-2 of every size. I found the perfect one for me which is easy to install and take out for cleaning. Soft rubber material is easy on the breast. I was even able to give my sister the other size that didn’t fit me!
