Bad designing
The product is reverse of image. Instead of 2 leaves inward and 1 outward it is 1 inward and 2 outward. When i place in North for fengshui, it shows water direction as going out of house but it should be inwards. Also the pipe of the flower under the plate both the flowers metal stem and the pipe provided are very tiny. It is coming off so water flow not happening. System worked 2 days and because of this no water flow. Ias it was working, I disposed the packaging. I cannot even return now. money got wasted. Makers should first check practicality of the design
