😒👎 ONE DUD, ONE WORKS GREAT 😒
UPDATED JUNE 3rd 2025:Customer service reached out to me with resolution of the problem with the purple headphones being defective. I am changing my review to reflect outstanding customer service and support because they seem to care about customer service AFTER the sale and not just before the sale like many companies seem to do these days.My husband's Khaki headphones are still working fantastic! Hopefully the purple replacement headphones that the company is sending to me will be as great as his headphones work. Thanks for caring about after-sales! I will update upon receipt and testing of the purple replacement headphones....Sadly I received a dud 😒I ordered 2 sets of these Picun B8 over ear headphones after reading MANY reviews, good and bad.I got the khaki/cream color for my husband and the purple for myself. Both are Picun B8 model. My husbands pair (khaki/cream) works and sounds AMAZING, especially for under $20 but my pair in purple are defective right out of the box 😔Mine, the purple color, the sound compared to my husbands khaki/cream ones is night a day difference. His sounds great in all 3 modes (pop/bass boost/rock) and his functions all work as they're supposed to for music AND calls. However, my purple ones, they sound the same in all 3 modes, there's no difference in the sound when switching between the 3 EQ modes of pop/bass boost/rock like my husband's pair do.The function button on right side doesn't work for calls and doesn't work for volume, skip or rewind. The ONLY button that works on purple pair is the rewind "button".Both pairs of Picun B8s were bought at the exact same time and shipped in the same box. There was NO damage to the out box nor inner boxes so it's not a delivery damage issue, it's the purple ones are just defective plain and simple. If I didn't have my husbands to compare to, I would have just assumed that's what I got for under $20 but with listening and using my husbands, it's amazing at the difference since his works amazingly and sound beyond expectations.Yes I know I could do the return option and get a refund since Amazon shows the exact replacement exchange is NOT an option for this item unfortunately but I have no means to drop these off at Kohls or Staples in my city and they want $7.99 for UPS pickup service. Doesn't seem fair that I get an obvious defective item and have to pay to have the convenience of a free even exchange.I cannot find customer support information ANYWHERE on my manual or my box or I would reach out to customer service for Picun myself. I assume they want to keep all communication between the Amazon forum, which I understand, but it's just frustrating.I guess to summarize, I am not sure I could recommend these since it seems like you may get an amazing pair or a defective pair. The pair that does work, it's mind blowing how great it sounds, even during calls, the sound is fantastic and doesn't sound muffled at all. I couldn't test the call function on my purple ones since the "button" to answer calls/reject calls doesn't work. I did extensive research and tons of troubleshooting, believe me, the purple pair is just simply defective.I would definitely love an even exchange but not for the $7.99 pickup fee.I wish Picun customer service info was available either in manual or box but I do not find anything so I guess I'll toss these as they're pretty useless as they are now.

One of my pros might be your con.
I bought these for temporary use until I bought more expensive ones…but now I’m in no hurry. That’s how much I love them. I’ll tell u all the reasons why. One might be a deal breaker for you though. 1) Most comfortable pair I’ve ever owned. Zero ear fatigue, headache, or head pressure 2) I haven’t had to charge them yet and I use them all day. Battery life is fab. 3) Everyone around me has said they don’t hear my music (though keep in mind. I’m not exactly blaring it. But still seems to do a good job).4) Pairs easily. Right out of the box, easy pairing and they auto pair when I turn them on. Easy peasy…5) Now this is something I love, but it might not be what you’re looking for. I can still hear sounds around me with my music at a moderate volume….which I love because I can comfortably wear them to the store, on walks, or around the house and still be environmentally aware or carry on a conversation if need be…but it still cuts down on mental/audio overstimulation. I can pull one side back and wear them comfortably if someone’s trying to talk to me and leave them like that or leave them on both sides with my volume at a chill level and rock that convo out too. I like that I feel more connected to my environment than with earbuds. That’s something I didn’t realize was a perk when walking in the city from a safety perspective. 10/10 recommend

Honest opinion, not a paid review
Honest review: I needed some cheap headphones so I bought these ones and I don't regret it. They sound great and work great. Easy to connect with via Bluetooth and the connection distance is pretty far. I'm able to leave my phone on the side of a running track and stay connected to them for the entire distance of the track. They're also very comfortable on my head and don't fall off which is something I was concerned about because I need these for daily gym use. Bonus: they're pretty cute, love the color. Color is the same as in the picture

Nowhere near Sennheiser but good for $20, mic decent
This is a pretty solid pair of headphones for the price. I used to have a pair of Sennheiser HD580's - the top of the line at the time - and this is nowhere near that, nor would I expect it to be, but another user said it "was better than Sennheiser or Bose" (Bose - *yuck*, the rich man's approximation of good audio). The sound is slightly tinny, overly warm, with yawning mids and reasonably good bass and I would have ear fatigue after long listening sessions (4+ hours). Just so you know what you're in for, these aren't your "lifetime phones" but they're not bad, just not great. The headphones do a decent job muffling outside noise, but again, nowhere near ANC earbuds. The microphone has surprisingly good background noise rejection - I recorded myself speaking while I was on the laptop so I wasn't relying on external evaluation of the sound - it was directly recorded on my computer. It was better than my laptop microphone, slightly muffled but easily heard, however there was almost no background noise, unlike my USB webcam which was super noisy. The slightly muffled sound is the price of the noise reduction - a reasonable exchange. They fold and feel solidly constructed and the earpads are extremely comfortable - you won't get fatigue from the earpads, at least. They're really comfortable to wear, actually. I hope to eventually replace the drivers with those from my old headphones, whose cord was damaged.
