I originally bought this book for my teenage daughter who was suffering with anxiety a couple of years ago. She said she really enjoyed reading it and asked me to buy for a friend of hers who needed a some support.The book arrived on time.

Love the day to day quotes, turn the page and a different thought throughout the year . very positive book , Happy new year 2018

Great book. Deserves a place on every shelf of anyone who likes this kind of book.

Poor quality. The front cover had a half torn promotional sticker on it which was not taken off completely.This makes the front cover sticky and the book uncomfortable to hold.
