Pure White Clay Detox Mask - Reveal Your Skin's Natural Radiance 100 ML

Unfortunately, I am not so enthusiastic about the product. First it smelled penetrant of cold old sunflower oil when I opened it which did not find very pleasant.Bought this masque specifically because I read that white clay was the recommended choice for aging skin. I'd have to say I don't care for it. It goes on like a cream, takes forever to dry and when removed....well, my skin doesn't feel clean and refreshed I used it on a regular basis and unfortunately did not notice any change. Only with a treatment after a skin peeling, a small effect can be observed at all.I have to say I wouldn't buy it again.

This is a white clay face mask that comes in a small tub with a piece of foil folded over the contents that doesn’t appear to serve any function as it is loosely in place and doesn’t provide a seal. The mask underneath is creamy and starkly white. You need to cleanse and then apply it onto your face and wait for it to dry before rinsing off. It should take around ten minutes to dry depending on how thick it is. You can feel it drying on your skin and it pulls slightly, leaving your skin feeling freshened after use albeit perhaps slightly on the dry side. I can’t smell any fragrance and it appears to work just like most other clay masks, cleansing and purifying your skin.

I found this clay mask a little underwhelming and very basic. The packaging isn't anything to write home about and it doesn't have a luxurious feel or pleasant scent. You get 100ml in a screw top plastic jar. The listing also doesn't contain a list of ingredients. The mask was easy to use and like any clay mask you can feel it gradually drying on your skin. I find clay masks generally more suited for the summer rather than winter as the colder months are already rather drying on the skin.
