I’ve been taking this brand of tudca for almost a year now. I had a suspected gall stone and was in a lot of pain. I did some reading over the course of a few days and found out about tudca. At the time this brand had the best reviews so I ordered it. The pain subsided over a few weeks and touch wood has never returned. This brand went out of stock so I used another brand for a few weeks and didn’t seem to work as well as I found myself feeling twinges of pain when eating certain foods. I reordered this when it was available again and everything was fine so I’m sticking with it. I’ve since learned that tudca has several other benefits as well so it’s well worth your time having a bit of a read up on it. I take it once a day mostly now as maintenance but did work up to twice a day when I first started because of my symptoms. Sometimes I will take a second dose in a day if I know I’m going to eat something I probably shouldn’t. I’ve had no side effects from this and as a self confessed hypochondriac with health anxiety that’s a big deal. This is a supplement I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Helped for indigestion, combined with betaine hcl.

Great product. For me, I noticed my blood sugar control is way better on this. The story goes that I couldn't work out why my blood sugar was high again (by high i mean 6.4mmol/ml 3hrs after eating or 6mmol/ml after overnight fast. The only thing I had changed was not having taken this for a few days, as soon as I started it again, blood sugar dropped again. The morning fasting range changed to something more in the line of 5.1mmol/ml to 5.4mmol, a very noticeable difference. 4months in so far and effectiveness is still there.

For anyone suffering fat malabsorption, this is the singular cure you could need. Fat malabsorption usually arises from a build up of bile sludge in the ducts from the gall bladder to the liver, which prevents the bile acids from the gall bladder and even the lipase from the pancreas from entering the stomach to digest fats, leading to fat malabsorption and the symptoms thereof. Taking this on an empty stomach thins the sludge, expels it and replaces it with healthy bile acids that can freely enter the stomach acid to digest fats, and even lets lipase in to break down fats further, curing fat malabsorption. Also, this is legit tudca. It has a distinctive chemical, bitter taste (even a bit chocolaty). I've encountered a fake and that was just tasteless starch, but this brand is legit. Buy away.

there are a lot of fake TUDCA out there i have even baught some myself from nutra peak and it was totaly fake, TUDCA has a very bitter taste so if what you have has no bitter taste at all even when the caps are opened, its not TUDCA, what realy concerns me is what is it if not what its supposed to be? but you can rest easy as this is TUDCA. recomended.

I bought these capsules for the first time and I like them. These capsules are light and not hard to swallow and there is no taste. I noticed an improvement in my digestion after using them, so the positive effects are already there. I bought them to detoxify and help my liver. Overall good value for money.

Wanted to try this for the neuroprotective benefits, as both my parents died with dementia. I tried taking it with a meal but I suffered to worst indigestion and mild nausea for most of the day following. I tried taking it a few hours later, after my stomach had digested my food, and tried it first thing on an empty stomach but it had the same effects either way. Tried half a dose but it was no better. Persevered for several days but sadly its not for me.

Le tudca est le composant principal de la bile de l'ours, environ 1/3. Un remède très ancien de l'époque des chasseurs ceuilleurs. Ce produit est une alternative synthétique au prélèvement animal traditionnel. Mais c'est pas naturel et moins efficace que de la bile d'ours. Par contre c'est beaucoup moins cher, et surtout aucun ours a été maltraité ! J'ai constaté, que la quantité des gélules et leurs contenues sont conformes à la description. J'en ai goûté une attentivement pour vérifier ce que ma langue sent... Sans surprise, ça a exactement le même goût ultra amer que ma bile naturelle. Mais sans sont puissant acide biliaire. Je n'ai pas testé les autres marques. L'effet premier du tudca, c'est de rajouter de la bile (partielle) synthétique d'ours à ma nourriture. Ce qui aide directement la digestion. Le deuxième effet, c'est de stimuler par son amertume extrêmement forte, tout mon système digestif. Comme c'est très concentré et en grande quantité (1,2g pure c'est beaucoup), l'effet hyper amer est puissant et immédiat. Je sent que ma vésicule est stimulée fortement, et qu'elle draine la boue biliaire. Ça fait une pression puissante pour déboucher mes tuyaux biliaires ! Personnellement, vu sa grande puissance (10% serait déjà efficace), je n'en prend pas tous les jours. Car sinon je serai vite en excès d'amertume biliaire. Je l'utilise uniquement au début d'un repas bien riche en protéine & graisse. Je vous déconseille de la prendre l'estomac vide 30' avant un repas ! Car vous aurez probablement une réaction violente du corps. En ingérant une très grande quantité d'amertume biliaire l'estomac vide, et sans protéines & graisse à digérer. Étant donné que la bile est en grande partie réabsorbée par les intestins, puis recyclée. Cette grosse quantité à un effet durable d'au moins 24h. Et je pense aussi qu'il ne faut pas stimuler fortement la vésicule biliaire souvent. Car un traitement intense et constant va forcément rapidement l'épuiser. Par contre une stimulation intense, une fois de temps en temps. Pour la purger c'est parfait. Ma conclusion : Je recommande ce tudca pour ceux qui ont besoin de bile alimentaire. Et de stimuler leur vésicule à bien ce contracter pour bien déboucher ses tuyaux. Alternative intéressante : les végétaux très amers traditionnels. Comme la gentiane ou le pissenlit par exemple. De plus je vous recommande de prendre en alternance de la bétaïne. Car c'est un excellent acide biliaire, qui complète l'amer biliaire tudca à merveille. Alternative intéressante : manger beaucoup de betterave.

Pris en association avec la berbérine, ce complément a donné de bons résultats. J’ai fait des analyses et l’amélioration est bien visible, ce qui confirme son efficacité. Les effets ne sont peut-être pas spectaculaires, mais ils sont réels et mesurables. C’est un produit de qualité que je peux recommander à ceux qui cherchent à soutenir leur foie et améliorer leur profil métabolique.

Es la segunda vez que utilizo el producto por prescripción de mi naturista. Tenía las transaminasas altas y después de haberlo tomado un tiempo ya me salieron en rango . Es muy buen producto y llegó antes de tiempo.
