Living up north in USA makes winter with less sun. I got this product after someone recommended to me and works wonders. I can tell in my mood and my energy. I do 2 servings per week tho. Since it has 240 softgels I give it my parents too.

Haven't used long enough to tell a difference. Taking 1 a week you won't be able to take all before the expiration date. But they are very good price. A 52 count bottle would be nice.

I love this D3 + K supplement since it has coconut oil and they’re fat soluble. Just makes taking them convenient and I don’t have to worry about eating good fats after taking them. I wish they’ve make one with more Vit K since I take this daily I’d like 100mcg Vit K per 10,000iu of D.
