Bought this because peppermint oil was recommended for keeping mice out of the RV. Decided to try it after we had one mouse in the RV after many years of no mice. So far so good and makes the RV smell fabulous!.

I wrote this same review on the single item listing we got originally, but it’s the same product just double the amount so I’m including it here too. I used this as a rat deterrent in Chicago when traps and sonic noise, etc of all kinds did not work for 2 years straight. We are in between restaurants and construction dug up a nest nearby, so I’d walk outside at 6pm and they’d already be out waddling around our yard like they owned the place. Every single night and then every morning I would have to go out and clean up the rat poop trails before allowing our kid to play on the back patio. It was absurd and I was not gonna let another summer go by having to live like this! I poured 1/3 of the bottle every night around the patio perimeter, later reordered and sprayed the patio perimeter with a 16 oz glass spray bottle to make it easier and less messy. It’s been 8 days straight of 0 rat poop trails! Every morning I wake up surprised and amazed after 2 years of Chicago rats! It’s very strong so make sure to keep it in a well ventilated area like outdoors where pets or toddlers won’t ingest or walk barefoot. Indoors we will use a diluted spray, but our biggest concern was stopping the poop trails which were “telling” the rats it was safe route. My hope is we will do this for a while longer then possibly switch to clove oil so bees won’t get attracted to the mint scent during the day and ruin daytime enjoyment too. So, if you are in Chicago and know these issues, then you know most things rarely work and nothing works this quickly. Edit 2 months later: rats have stayed away and it’s 100% because of this pure peppermint oil. Nothing else has ever worked. This is it folks.

I've been using this oil for several years to keep rodents and other pests out of my shed. I had a major infestation, and did a thorough cleaning / stopping up holes, but I wasn't sure that would be enough. I bought some of this oil and started sprinkling it around the shed on a weekly basis. There's been no sign of any critters since! I also work with our local Friends of the Library, and we store books for our book sales in outdoor sheds. We've had issues with rodents, but since I brought in a jug of this and started using it in the sheds, the rats are gone! It is very strong smelling, but not unpleasant and since it's outside we don't care. A little goes a long way, so it lasts for some time. It's nice to have an environmentally friendly, non-toxic way to deal with the problem.

Worked ok. I used it to get rid of bugs. Just wish the scent stayed longer(was more concentrated)

We recently purchased a diffuser for our den. The costs of the solutions previously purchased seemed quite high for the amount delivered. We tried this product. The scent is great and the price is more economical. I would purchase the product again.

The oil is good quality, have purchased it several times. I just wish there was a larger container available that would be more economical.
