Poor quality
After 2 times of use in 3 months it stopped working. Just don't purchase this product

There was small complaint, but we could repair at home. Now working fine..

Poor manufacture and safety issues
Item started smoking out of the box. Poor design, no earthing as you are handling metal parts. Blades will still spin when top cover is open. Serious safety issues and hassard to use. Can also cause electrocution. Keep well away from buying this item. Amazon will not issue a full refund but a replacement, that is dangerous to use.
