I used this sauna blanket three times so far. The first time, I set the temperature at 150°F, and I didn't sweat much. The second time, I set it at 170°F, and it was a bit too hot. I found it a bit unbearable after staying in for a while, and I sweated a lot. The third time, I set it to 160°F. While it was still hot, it was bearable. I used it for a total of 40 minutes, and I sweated a lot but didn't feel uncomfortable. It made my body feel refreshed, naturally relaxed, and my hands and feet were no longer cold. I had a comfortable night's sleep and woke up refreshed. Now, I can enjoy a sauna at home whenever I want, saving money and time. It's very convenient and suitable for people like me who aren't fond of intense exercise.

WORKS GREAT! This sauna was super easy to assemble and use. I am a small person and the chair worked out well for me, but it is small and held me at 110 lbs, but would not be comfortable for a large person. The steam/sauna worked well and it has been very easy to use and portable. It is stable when assembled.. The zippers are quality, fabric thick and good quality. I have had no problems using this sauna. I recommend it!

Sauna came with no scratches. Very easy to assemble. I use distilled water to fill the generator and sometime, I add some essential oil like eucalyptus or pepermint. Get hot in about 15-20 minutes. Material does'nt seem cheap and the zipper are quite sturdy. It help in the evening before going to sleep and relax all my body after workout. Other spa look to be good on the market, but are 100-200$ more expensive and I don't think they have more to offer that this product. I highly recommand.
