As a former barre instructor, these are the best! My all time favorite grip socks. These are perfect for Pilates or barre, I always size up!

I've said it before: believe all the good hype about this brand of socks
I have spent probably $200 trying to get the right grippy socks. I have bought about 30 pairs that didn't last, stretched too much or NOT at all; fell apart in the wash, and even had some where they grip dots flaked off. So I was hesitant to invest in one pair at this price. But everyone said that these are the BEST -- and they are! They are thick enough to cushion on bare floors and the dots are more square, so they don't feel like you are stepping on Legos. I wash them in a lingerie bag to keep them together in the dryer. They look brand new even after 6 washes so far! I can't wait to buy them in multiple colors.

Size small stay on my feet and work well
These socks are the first pair I have bought that fit and don't slide around. They are a bit tight on my ankles, but that is me, not the socks because I'm overweight. They stayed on even when I do the splits and the other socks no matter how small I buy them don't.

Fits a 6 perfect!
I was struggling to find something that would fit my size 6 and had to return a couple pairs due them being too big, but having great reviews. These actually fit and perfectly! They are breathable on top and really not too thick. I also have Lululemon, but I like these better!
