COMHOMA Vanity Chair with Back, Fabric Desk Chair, Office Chair with Armrests Swivel Rolling
So far I am very happy with my purchase. Wasn't too difficult to assemble. It's comfortable and rolls easily on carpet. Not an expensive chair, but it was worth what I paid, by far!

Nearly impossible to assemble
Three things wrong with this otherwise nice chair. 1) too narrow, ended up making spacers and using longer bolts to spread the arms apart. I am not oversized. Just a normal six foot American dude. My ass didn't fit without the spacers. Must be for tiny people or kods. 2) nearly impossible to gyrate these things together. The parts fit tight and to get the back to line up with the seat is tensioned by the foam. 3) the packing is really iffy. There was tape on the chrome trim part for the base and it tore a little of the chrome off the plastic piece. Only one was packed poorly. The others were fine. Foam is nice, pretty comfortable and looks good for a kitchen table. Fabric is okay. Not super high quality like you would expect from an office chair. Gave it two stars for the assembly and narrow width that just needs some spacers. Why can't they just make things the right way? Why is this crap always just slightly on the cheap-out side of things.
