I purchased the TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator Pro mainly for chronic back pain and shoulder recovery, and it has exceeded my expectations. Great product! The design is compact and makes it easy to use. Good instructions. But the best part is it relieved my lower back pain so I could stand up straight for the first time in three days. Also been using it to relax, tight shoulder and neck muscles. Highly recommend.

Fantastic little unit that work well with multiple settings. I took a serious 6' fall through a rotten deck at work and had a brain bleed and injured my back and have shooting pains when I walk. Worse of all, I could not lay flat without feeling like I was laying on a rock, or had a bag of rocks that I could not put down when I walk . I am on workers comp and they are slow to approve any treatment. I have been doing Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy while the doctors have been testing shot injections to locate the source of pain. Needless to say, Its Dec 2025 now and this accident was in Sept 2025. My last visit, I ask for something to relieve pain temporarily until i start getting the long lasting medicine shots in my back. He suggested I try a tens unit. I ordered this unit, and I cannot recommend it enough to those suffering with lower back pain. Here are the Pro's and cons. Pro's: Smaller than a I-phone, easy to carry around in your pants pocket. Great Instructions Easy to operate. Be up and running within minutes. Multiple settings for strengths and rhythms. Works fantastically Long Battery life Comes with extra pads Rechargeable Nice case to store it in. Con's: No belt hook to free up pockets Long Wires to stuff into your pocket Cables can come undone from pads if you sleep with pads on I personally wish I would have gone with wireless unit, cable management can be difficult Overall as well as it works, 6 for how well it helps relieve my back pain. These units are well designed, easy to use!

Works great, battery holds its charge so far! Hope the pads don’t become an issue as they can be a little tricky!

This product is amazing! I have already used it four times with both channels A and b going For 60 minutes each round at level 6 intensity and it still has a full charge on it. it has not dropped one bar on the battery life. The variety of settings is wonderful because it covers all bases. I use the TENS unit setting because of my back issues. It definitely gives me relief and I love the compact nature of this product where you can put it in your pocket and still move around with it.

This tens unit is very easy to use and has what seems like a hundred modes/patterns but they all work. The production quality is far better than most, they really make it easy to identify what type of stimulation you want/need. The production value is far better than any other unit I've had. It doesn't feel chintzy or gimmicky but it just works well. Even the user manual is well thought out and easily read. This product is a snap once you dive in. One tip, definitely wash and clean the areas of skin you intend to use the pads on before application. I made the mistake of not doing so because I was super tired and ended up throwing away 4 electrode pads the 2nd night. My fault. But this unit is amazing, think about purchasing

I bought this unit for a lower back injury. It has 3 modes which is very helpful. I use the TENS mode in the morning and the relax mode in the evening. It feels great and does help with the pain. It’s lightweight so it is easy to move around with. The charge last a long time and I only have to charge it once a week.

First device had a problem in power button that eventually failed in week 3. I suppose that happens with anything you buy online. But the TENS was so effective in those first weeks, I returned for an identical unit which is working great +3 months later. Red pads supplied with Neocarbon unit are significantly better quality (more durable) than cheaper replacement pads (white). Plus, I found that the adhesive from the white pads irritated my skin after prolonged use. Red pads did not. Unit recharges quickly as advertised, and might last the represented 50 hours if you use the lower power setting. But running at full blast in EMS mode on both channels it will go closer to 35 hours. Unit is very handy, portable, intuitive to use and has adequate power. Case is a nice addition to hold supplies. TIP: If you are using this a on your lower back or legs, I recommend a back-up set of wires. While the original wires are tough and hanging in, if they are running across your back or down leg, they will take a beating from the accidental yanking and snagging on clothes. I've started using surgical tape to hold the slack in place against my skin. But unit and wires are still getting knocked around. Not sure these things work for everyone, but mine has been a game changer and I go to sleep every night with it set on 60 min. Dare I say these are addictive. When my sciatica is bad, I use it 12 plus hours / day. So addicted, I am looking at the 4 channel model before too long. However, this addiction is far less problematic than using pain meds and nearly as effective with constant use. This is a DEF recommend
