Olimp Ashwagandha 600 Sport (60 Capsules)

Best supplement I have taken in a long time. I’ve been seeing results after 3 months of taking this product (just finishing my 4th box), starting on 1 tablet twice a day and rising to a dosage of 2 tabs in the morning and 1 at night (if on training days - rest days just 2 tabs with breakfast in the morning). I’ve noticed considerable changes in body fat percentage and overall lean mass. Of course it’s not just down to this product, but a good varied diet and training 2-5 times a week has provided a solid base for this catalyst to work. My advice is to have patience and trust the process. If you want to look leaner, eat less & move more, plus include this supplement to aid in the journey. One supplement I’d consider stacking with this is vitamin D. Take a read of some studies of Ashwahandha and vitamin D, respectively, in association with bodybuilding/fitness and then get yourself some of this.

Olimp products are pharmaceutically tested more than once, and proven to work. At just shy of 50 I'd turned into a grumpy old man, thought it was low t. My t levels came back low but not under the limit for trt. Start taking these after seeing a bit on you tube channels, flipping amazing. Mood has changed , energy levels are up, motivation is back such a massive change.

Before taking these, I was a highly strung working male with a busy job who found it hard to switch off and get myself into parasympathetic state. However, with the introduction of these pills, I now find it easier to drift off into the slumber that I most dearly need. If you can relate to me, I recommend at least trialing them, because you really can't put a price on a great nights sleep (you can, it's £9.45 for 60 nights, but...)
