Gel-Kam works great for sensitive teeth. My dentist recomended it. I only have to use it for a couple to days and the tooth feels better. Taste is ok but I like the cinnamon better.

I have been dealing with teeth sensitivity for over one year now. My dentist tells me this is because of teeth grinding, which is made much worse by my ADD medicine. I haven't been wearing my night guard as much as I should because it is difficult to fall asleep with a foreign object in my mouth. Recently the sensitivity has become serious, so I went to the dentist, who applied fluoride gel to my teeth and amazingly it worked like a charm for a week I had no sensitivity at all. Then it started to come back slowly, and I was looking where I might be able to purchase something similar myself, but it seems they reserve that product for dentists only (surprise). I recently started whitening my teeth using custom trays made at my dentist's office and Venus bleaching gel. This process has caused my teeth sensitivity to approach excruciating levels, even if I skip nights between wearing the trays with the bleach gel, so I had to find something. My dentist gave me something called Mi Paste, and while this product is probably good, it did not do much for immediately relieving sensitivity. After searching online I found that Colgate Gel Kam had excellent reviews for treating sensitivity so I ordered some with two day free Amazon Prime shipping. Thankfully I received it in one day. This stuff is amazing! I'm surprised that no other company seems to offer a similar product and that they do not sell this in stores (yes I know it can be special ordered, but the only reason I would by something at a store is so I don't have to wait for shipping). I'm also surprised my dentist didn't mention this product. I will probably be using this for the rest of my life, and that isn't a complaint because it's either that or deal with the awful sensitivity which I could feel just from breathing in through my mouth. If you have sensitive teeth, you should absolutely buy this product. I noticed results after just one use, but the results seem to be cumulative so twice a day is how I've been using it. I am currently still in the process of my nightly teeth bleaching too, and this works great to reduce sensitivity caused by bleaching gel too. Try it, you won't regret it!

For OTC this works good. I was not unhappy with the product, but once discussed with my dentist and periodontist decided to use a different product. Both said this was what they used to have but now there are many other products available to use that are a better or easier. Most are prescription though, so if you don't have a dentist not gonna work. The toothpaste and fluoride they prescribed was 3x the size and just a few bucks more, so I was happier with that product, and the prescription worked much better (although this did get me through in a pinch). Lastly they told me that if something uses stannous fluoride, which is metal based, it can turn your teeth a dark yellow, but I did not use this product enough to have that problem. The Gel Kam worked to slow my sensitivity - after 3 nights cut it by 50%, and then I used it about 2x a week for 2 weeks until could get to the dentist. It cut my sensitivity by 75% by then, which I think is pretty good for an OTC product.

Works for me. Use s toothpaste. Getting too expenive

Best anti sensitivity toothpaste on the market and I have tried all of them. Personally use at nighttime only (regular toothpaste in the morning) and that is now enough to keep the sensitivity away

Great product taste is good

I received the product in less than two days as promised. It is quite difficult to get all of the product you place of the toothbrush into your mouth due to the watered down texture. Most of the product sinks down into your bristles almost instantly so you have to start brushing quickly. Nonetheless, after a few attempts I was able to figure out a way to brush the gel onto my teeth. I currently have tooth decay on my lower left molar and lower left wisdom teeth. I decided to use the product because my wife told me that the fluoride can eliminate the decay (and costly doctor's office visits) and because of the several reviews that edified this point. So far I have had the product for 1.5 weeks and have noticed no difference in my tooth decay. I am hoping that by the time this tune is used up I will see some results.

Gum treatment

Use as per prescription hy a dentist or physician. Follow the directions, not for long use. It's rlecentative gel and not actually a tooth paste. Use it after regular brushing is done. Apply all over the teeth and keep it for 40-60 sec and rinse it off. May cause stains which can be cleaned by a dental cleaning.
