I could not get the continental plug into the adaptor for the British outlet.Had to return it.The people though, were service oriented and the return was made swift.I was just about to reorder when I saw another product that was more my need.

Looks nice, but poor lid design
Looks nice, but after less than 6 months the lid mechanism broke and the entire lid snapped off a few months later.
