Plumb Pak Stainless Steel Universal Design Sink Clips for Elkay Sinks

Installed a Kohler drop in stainless steel sink, the sink came with only enough clips to put 2 on each side and I ended up having a little space in the center. They looked exactly like the clips I needed, but wasn't sure if the screw head would fit into a Kohler sink mounting track, I took a chance and ordered them anyways. When they arrived they were the exact same clips that came with my sink, I added a few more clips on each side and now my sink sits level across my counter. Great clips, even better than the ones that came with the sink, the screws are longer which makes it a lot easier to get at with a screwdriver. Glad I took the chance on buying these, they worked perfectly for what I needed.

I broke a few of the parts from my sink. I needed replacements quickly. These parts were easy to install and worked as well as the original parts. They are thick enough to hold everything in place.

I got these to replace some old ones. The big tip that sits on the holding bracket was just not as large as the previous one. It holds but if is too tight it might pop off. Also when I was screwing it tight, one of the sides of the screwing tip would break easily. Not the best quality.

It worked just fine!.

I just added porcelain tile to a kitchen countertop. The additional 3/8 inch thickness required longer screws to fasten the sink. Job done.

Package only contained 13 clips. I paid for 14. Head basically falls right through the u-channel on my Elkay sink. However, if I closed the u-channel (squeeze it into a narrower size) with a large pair of pliers, it would work. Are these too small, or was the sink u-channel not manufactured correctly? Nobody knows because none of this is documented anywhere, even by the manufacturer. You need a special screwdriver to use these, so for those who complain that the slot end deforms or doesn't work, it's your fault for using the wrong tool. For reference, the head diameter is .305 at the widest part. The shank diameter under the head is .190. The opening on the u-channel on my brand new sink (all 4 channels) measures about .285. These are NOT stainless steel. These do NOT fit Elkay sinks.

I had to take these clip screws and grind them down to fit inside the track. Not a big deal since I have a bench grinder. But it consumes time. Also, the slot on the other end for a screwdriver is extremely thin. I had to grind down a screw driver to make it thin enough to fit in the slot. This is a bad design. there should be a special bit that would slip over the end because its impossible to keep the screwdriver from wandering. OH and the clips are way too long. I had to hack off at least 1/4" for the front part sink. Sides it doesnt matter how long. And the quantity is like 20 or more. Who needs 20?

I needed this sink clips to asap and bought them on Amazon. I like how it came in a bundle. Hardware store wanted $10 for a pack of 6.

Worked well for my needs installing a new sink that came with no hard wear in to a 13mm thick counter top. Screw threads are strong enough to pull sink down but the "threaded" clip will strip out with to much force. The head of the screw will also open if not using the correct tool but a flat screwdriver will work.
