I have used this mat for a couple months now and have hit 1000+ golf balls on it. I have to say that the construction is very well done. The mat is a very good build quality, I've been hacking away at it with short irons and it seems to hold up well. The included tees are not going to last long, got through about a dozen drives before they start to permanently deform. It shows no signs of wear and tear on the mat though. I bought the extra thick premium mat and it feels amazing to stand on, in addition to hit off of. I do like that it gives feedback when I hit my club fat against it. I have rotated the mat every few weeks but very durable, easy to use, and thicker than most other pads in this price range. Has multiple holes for plastic tees and great value for the money. I can definitely tell the difference from a clean shot as I do receive more grab from this turf than a cheaper product. Those results are usually evident in my simulator program and I’ve learned that translates to the golf course very well. I can say also that the size is perfect. I don’t fill restricted or that I have to stand any different. At my natural golf stance. I still have lots of extra room in every direction. I would highly recommend this mat.

I built an indoor golf simulator a few years ago. The mat I've been using was in used condition when I purchased it from a local golf course who was replacing the mats in their indoor simulator so I'll compare it to that. This mat has slightly longer artificial turf than my old one. The total thickness of this mat is right around 1 inch, comprised of 3/8" of foam/rubber and 5/8" of turf. My old mat's total thickness is also about 1 inch but but has a thicker 5/8" foam/rubber base and 3/8" of turf. The new mat is more forgiving on fat strikes and is also considerably lighter in weight. I've only had it for about a month, but so far it seems durable and should last me many years. I've been looking for a new mat for quite some time since my old one is nearly bald in the main hitting areas. From the research I've done, this is a really great price for a full sized mat.

I just got this today and wow. This is just like at the driving range. Large, heavy duty hitting surface, with small holes near the edges on two sides for inserting the 2 rubber tees that come with it. It also comes with a sleeve of foam golf balls and some wooden tees. I really don't need the wooden tees for this mat, but I'll use them on the golf course.I have 27 feet-high ceilings in my house, so I can actually do full swings inside the house and see where the balls go. If they make it inside my upstairs bathroom door, I consider it a good shot (that's where I'm aiming). I normally practice with a gap wedge, but now that I can use the rubber tees, I'm going to work on my driver (which I need to practice the most).The only negative thing (and it's not much of a negative) is that the longest rubber tee is not long enough for a driver (my opinion). For a driver, I like to tee it pretty high to launch it on an upward angle. I separately ordered a variety pack of rubber tees for this reason. One of them is very long and will fit this mat. I definitely give this two thumbs up. A great product. I'll update with a video later. I just don't have a tripod for my phone yet to video me hitting off the mat. Working on it.

I like the thickness of this mat. It didn't show any wear at all after my practice session. It's heavy enough but to move during swings and seems to have enough cushion to not injure my wrists.

I got this mat for my indoor golf simulator setup, and it found itself right at home. The thickness and durability of the mat was perfect, withstanding a few chunks here and there. The included accessories let you get nearly the full potential out of the mat right off the bat, though I personally chose to hit off the deck for the majority of my sessions to test the long-term durability of this thing. Over the past few months, it's held up pretty well, and here's hoping to a long and healthy future.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this hitting mat to accompany a hitting net that I picked up, so now I can full-swing hit actual balls in my backyard without destroying my grass. I go out almost every night and take a few swings. It's great for working on fundamentals and ball striking. It's also a great stress reliever.The hitting net I ordered came with a small, 2x2 ft piece of turf to hit off of, and I found that to be way too small. This mat is huge, thicker, and much better to hit off of. It feels more like the driving range.I have also used this mat to chip off of. It came with a sleeve of foam balls, and I like to chip them over my pool at targets in the yard. It's become my new favorite game. The mat is thick but not too heavy, so it's easy to move around. I'll hit a few real balls into the net and then slide it over to the pool area and chip foam balls at my dog. I'm working on getting her to retrieve them, which would be amazing.It comes with rubber tees that fit in holes along the side, as well as some wooden tees.I absolutely love having this mat out in the backyard. I have yet to see any blades or "grass" come off of it. It looks and feels well-made. It's a quality product, and I'm super happy with it.

I haven't hit enough balls off of this mat to speak for it's durability, but so far so good. I'll update if it doesn't hold up. Love the thickness and the size. I really like the thickness and cushioning. Definitely a step up from the small mats I've been hitting off of. I especially like the tee holder that lets me use my normal tees.
