Great product!
My daughterâs hits have improved so much with this product, as well as her vertical! Great product to work on fundamentals! The price was great too!

Good enough when setup but not easily adjustable to use at different heights.
At about $10 this is a good purchase. It just comes with ropes. Since I am good with knots I can adjust it for different heights but it is not easy. Holds the volleyball securely. Good for single user in her/his own location, but not for training different athletes.

The ball stays in the holder and feels secure. The adjustable rope makes height adjustments good. Nothing fancy but works fine.

Really? No directions? What the heck is this?
Donât get it. Didnât seem complete. Didnât have any directions not work the triceps it came printed on.
