I have 3 of the old Costco beach towels that I got a few years back and they don't sell them anymore. I was in search to get a few more for my family to use and after, seriously, a few hours of searching, I am so happy I found these. Here are the good, the bad, and the verdict. THE GOOD - Superior quality - Good price - Thick and absorbent - So large I can wrap it around me (I am 5 feet) twice and it is long enough to cover pretty my whole body LOL. - I love the feeling of a thick towel to cover me after a swim because it can get cold once you get out of the pool or the beach - Absolutely love the color and quality. After a few washes so far, fabric holds well and color does as well THE BAD - Nothing. THE VERDICT: Will re-purchase if needed and I feel like I should now in case in the future, they discontinue LOL

I am quite pleased with these beach towels. We needed something more neutral as our kids get older and the cartoon style towels are getting less cool. I am a little disappointed that there don't seem to be too many options besides stripes that suit my purpose since my husband mentioned that they may get mixed up with hotel towels when we go on trips (they always seem to be striped). The size of these towels is very close to what I was looking for. I wanted them to be just a little shorter than the 70 inch length but I didn't want to go with the small size. The towels seem to be really soft, the color is good and vibrant, and they don't look like they will snag easily but time will tell. I bought one of each color (the orange, gray, and blue) and the orange is probably the favorite color followed by the blue. The grey has almost a yellowish tint to it and it's not the best. I wish they had just a couple more colors. I wish the price were a little lower but if they last, they will be worth it in the long run.

First of all, let me set the record straight that this towel is neither thick nor plush. It is not what you think of when you think of thick and plush towels. The reviews stating so either have an entirely different product, incredibly low standards of said attributes, or are straight up lying. (No shade, just facts.) That said, it does exhibit a whispering hint of said plushness and thickness. It is nicely pliable and a great size. Do I wish it was thicker? Yes. Do I wish it was plusher? Yes. Is it overpriced? Absolutely. This towel should be $14.99 or thereabouts in my opinion. That said, I wanted this creamsicle colored towel and I got it and upon receipt was very happy with it. The color is the best thing about it, true to photos. The size and pliability of it is second best. It will make a great beach towel for lying in the sun and drying off after a dip in the pool or ocean or whatever body of water you frequent in the summer heat or on a winter getaway. I’m glad I bought this because I needed a towel and honestly Amazon has so many options with none of them seeming to be what we actually want, so I just picked one and am sticking to it. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this towel if you keep your expectations in check. But, if you are looking for the thickest, plushiest, softest, most luxurious towel worthy of a higher price tag, this is not it. That may not even exist on Amazon, TBH. But, if you want a cute-colored, soft-enough, big enough, gets the job done towel, and don’t care about price, this is the one to end your search.

These are really nice towels very well-made. The color is really nice. I am very glad that I got these towels. I would definitely recommend purchasing. These towels if you’re looking for a large oversize beach towel. After taking a shower or just going to the pool or to the beach.

THIS IS DISGUSTING. What in the love of Pete is wrong with companies that makes towels? I just threw away a new beach towel that got lint all over all my dark pants and tops and that was made with the similar strange materia sd yhid one. I got this towel and was immediately disappointed in the material used. And for the thinness of the material it is heavy as all get out. Why can't you all make towels out of the material that has always been used for towels? I never had this problem before. So I put this one in the washer with some other darker towels, and when it's done there is white and light colored lint from this towel all over the darker towels. It will take a week or more of using my washer and dryer every day to get rid of the lint And I have to use a lint roller on the other clothes.

Ordered a 2 pack assuming there would be 2 towels and cost also reflected this. Only got 1 towel. Wrote to company who could not send an additional as they were out of stock but did refund me for the missing towel. Towel itself is good quality but wish I had one for my partner as well like we wanted.
