It's installed in an ubuntu server, I can use the management interface, but it doesn't detect a single one of my drives. I know the drives are working because my old LSI interfaces see them, but this thing doesn't detect anything at all. Incredibly frustrating. I'll keep trying, but the documentation is terrible and I'm at a loss really. There's nowhere to download updated firmware eitheredit: ok, I managed to negotiate the terrible documentation and website. You have to download and install the driver and the management software.
