Very bad product
I had a terrible experience with this Urbn power bank. It looks good on the outside, but performance-wise it’s completely unreliable. Even after fully charging it, the battery drains on its own without any usage. When I actually try to charge my phone, it either stops in between or doesn’t charge properly at all. This completely defeats the purpose of having a power bank, especially during travel or emergencies. The charging consistency is very poor, and it feels like a defective product. I expected much better quality, but this has been a total disappointment. Would not recommend this to anyone. Waste of money.

Unusable after 14 months - warranty (12 months) expired
The powerbank though was not used extensively, is not working after 14 months. Its as if, it was waiting for the 1 year warranty to expire. The product is not recommended to be bought.

My recommendation Don't Buy
I ordered this product from Amazon on July 21st. After using it for a few days, the display stopped working, and it now takes much longer to charge than expected. I filed a complaint to resolve the issue, but their customer service has been terrible. They don't even bother to reply to emails—no follow-ups, nothing. Don't fall for this scam.

Warranty claim Issue
There is no any customer care contact available in official website. And as per website, I dropped an email for warranty claim but even after one month no one reply or call me for further process. Now my warranty period also over due to their unresponsive. So bad experience!!!!!
