Love it!
The vibrant color of this journal caught my attention, but the pages for practically every thing kept it! There are pages for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking. There are spaces for goal setting, images of different exercises, and a space for a before and after picture. There are monthly review pages, cute, colorful stickers (yes, I still love stickers) and more. This is my first fitness journal and I love it! I'm ordering one for a friend!

A Must Have To Hit Your Goal!
This was my first time dedicating myself to a goal journal and I have to say this was a great choice. I even added a reminder on my phone to take 5 minutes a day to log my day. When you see your progress and slip ups in an organized manner... it works trust me. Keeping on track, I lost 20 pounds in two months... it kept me mindful and honest! I wish there were more stickers and it was for more than 3 months. But I will use that as an additional motivation to purchase another book to keep going! Get yourself a book... it's definitely worth it! Good Luck!!

I’m ready to tackle my fitness journey in 2024!!!
We all know that abs start in the kitchen! This is going to be the perfect companion to my fitness journey! I’m not one to create a New Year’s resolution. I don’t join gyms in January just to slip off the fitness wagon by March. Haha! I love my home gym. I am working on recomposing my body. I don’t want to lose weight, just a desire to build more muscle and burn more fat. This will help me keep track of my calories and workouts. I love this exercise and food journal. It works perfect for my needs. 💪🏽

Nice Beginner Journal
This journal has a bit of everything in it: a spot for recording food, your workouts, cardio, and weight tracking. Although it's not as detailed as some other workout journals, it is good for beginners that just need to get started somewhere.
