Shipping was really fast. I was shocked how quickly I got my order. The machine quality is awesome. You get exactly what you see. Joins and Seams are clean , high quality stainless steel. The motor runs really silent it won't be a bother. I had my baby in the room and it didn't startle her and she is 4 months old. I am really happy with this purchase and this machine. I'll be back I guess to comment on durability.

The product came damaged which means it has been used. This is not new but I paid for a new product and this one has dents on it. This is too much money to have to deal with this crap.

The equipment does not come with an instruction manual. You can't find anything online on how to use it. I think the item costs too much not to provide instructions.
