I expected to get a package of mixed organic lettuce seeds, but there was so much more! Each seed variety came in its own separate package with a tiny zip lock bag to keep the opened seed package from spilling. There is a very informative booklet with a description of each variety and the optimal ways to plant, grow and harvest each one. There are enough plastic row markers for each variety so you can write your info and stick them in the ground. Everything fits back in the resealable bag to ensure freshness and dryness. With this much attention to detail, I am sure I will have a bumper crop of organic lettuce this year!

Received on time and in excellent condition I did not expect the wonderful packaging this came with multiple different seeds each in individual packets along with empty individual bags to put your seeds in that you didn't use. Beautiful little brochure with description and information for each type of seed. I was surprised at how fast the start's grew I just planted them six day's ago and they are already growing. I am so pleased with this product that once I saw that my seed's where already producing start's I immediately ordered another product from this company and I can hardly wait. I am a very happy customer and will continue purchasing from this company in the near future.

I must say the packaging is excellent. Comes in many different varieties with extra small plastic bags and marker sticks. I do not have a large space so using these for container gardening. I planted two varieties seven days ago and the tops of the soil are now showing little green bursts of lettuce. The planting and growing guide that is included is very helpful. I am not sure how successful growing in containers will be as this is my first attempt, will update as the season progresses. Overall very impressed with this product and if works out will look to purchase it again. However, with the amount of seeds that is provided, I will not have to for a long while. Highly recommened if you are looking to start a lettuce garden.

Bought these to have a variety of lettuce that I can grow/freeze for my gerbil colony and so far, they LOVE this mix. I love how the seeds are organized and packaged as well, you get everything you need to keep the seeds sorted and fresh, I also love the grow guide booklet it came with! The seeds grow well even indoors!

I enjoyed getting this set of seeds. With prices what they are for plants - growing from seed has become my go to for my garden. I love growing peppers and they do well in the heat in Texas. I'm not a huge hot pepper fan and there are a few in this mix, but there are also several others I am very excited to try and a couple I"m not familiar with. The seeds are decent looking - not broken or full of trash. I popped some in my seed starters right away. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the packaging. Yes I appreciate the seeds being in foil packets and sealed...the print is very small. Now they do include envelopes to put them in that you label yourself. That was a little offputting to me but not a problem really. More just a weird way to package and a bit of a pain trying to read the labels.

This seed kit actually exceeded my expectations. Each packet of seeds is individually wrapped and marked and there are bags to put them in once opened so the seeds don't spill out of the packets and get mixed together. Included is a handy little book that describes each type of lettuce but also how to best germinate them. I never realized that some will simply not germinate above 75 degrees.I planted these four days ago and the germination rate is about 80-90 percent. Very happy with this seed kit.

I can't say anything about the flavor of the different lettuce. I will just write that two varieties sprouted with in four days in my little hydroponic grower in the kitchen. The lettuce is growing fast. I like that included with the seeds are extra little plastic bags to use as storage when the seed bags have been opened. Nice touch. Another seed company I used did not include those and so I had to tape shut the opened bags of seeds. Stickers are included too. I would re-order these seeds again.
