Watched / Read several reviews before buying. Don't use as much as we used to, but feel better when I do. Shakes you til your legs itch. 10 minute standard setting, but several options to choose from. Not a fan of the accessories, but didn't buy for those. Small, easy to keep out of the way.

Only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because shipping was slow and there was no remote. I didn’t see anywhere that it mentioned ‘no remote.’ You can get replacement remotes, so not a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice to know that in advance. Otherwise, the vibration plate is very study & quiet, with lots of different programs and intensity settings.

I purchased this as a gift for daughter. It arrived pretty quickly and was as described. My daughter loves it. I would recommend this to anyone.

Completely stopped working after several months

Great product, with good design. Very sturdy and easy to use. Lots of function options and settings. Quiet and easy to move around. You get a great workout and hope to get more toned and lose weight too !
