I have mild COPD and I have a cockatiel bird in one of my rooms. It has white powder that gets on everything in there and it's not good to breathe especially for someone with lung problems. Plus when 'Spike' flaps his wings the seed hulls, feathers and everything else that's in his cage gets stirred up and goes everywhere. I can clean the floor and dust surfaces but the air is the main issue here. I bought these filters for my Winix Plasma air purifier that I have had for 3 years and will keep buying until my Winix wears out but it works just as good as when I first bought it. These are excellent filters and they last a long time until the red light comes on for me to change the filter. I wouldn't buy anything but a Winix because it does a perfect job of keeping my air clean and I'm not going to waste money buying a different brand just to "see" because, why would I? I've always believed this saying;,If it ain't broke don't fix it. And I'll keep using this brand as long as they make it. I do plan on buying a 2nd Winix Plasma the exact same one for my bedroom soon because our house is an older home and the ductwork has many years of dust buildup I know but we can't afford to get all new ductwork so this is the best thing I can do until we can afford to get new ductwork someday. I don't know what I'd do without my Winix.

Good low cost replacement filters! They work as intended especially during the dry dusty wildfire season here in SoCal! They fit perfect for my air filter model.

These were just as good as the brand name but you get them at a cheaper price I don't want to put in too good of a review I don't want them to raise the prices
