Hi Alina. The length of the wire is around 5 inches, this is double of course to allow for the wire to be twisted as a fastening. Product is very good and efficient and ties very strong and well. I used it for tying on Wire Fencing to metal poles and it did A great job . Anything else you want to know, let me know. regards
