Easy to assemble, very sturdy!
I just assembled it and filled with all my car detailing items. I like the size, sturdiness, and that it has locking wheels. I'm going to attach a power strip to it. I would recommend.

Easily Assembled Sturdy Utility Cart
The ELAFROS Heavy Duty Plastic Utility Cart came disassembled in a large cardboard box. Securely taped in multiple layers across each seam, the box was easily positioned on the floor for cart parts assembly access. The cart’s construction was straightforward; taking about an hour to complete. Not wearing my glasses, I made one mistake in assembly that, luckily, was correctable. In the first assembly step where the legs are added to the cart’s top tray, the instruction illustration shows twelve M6 screws being added to hold the legs in place, three for each leg. The instruction illustration showing the addition of those screws was small and I didn’t notice it. Fortunately, I was able to add them to the completed cart at the end of construction when I noticed my mistake.Rated at 550 lbs., my first use of the cart involved resting my over-the-range microwave on it to remove its cover for replacement of its burnt-out magnetron. A friend and I were able to work on the unit without having to bend over like we would have needed to do had we lowered the microwave to the floor. In addition to appliance repair, I’m also a DIY mechanic who does regular auto maintenance work on the family coach. The ELAFROS utility cart was principally intended for holding and organizing mechanic tools needed for the job and, its top tray, for housing auto components while I rebuild them. I’ll soon be dealing with such a job on my high-mileage car when I change its oil, oil filter, air filter, and cabin air filter. When doing a job like this, I also routinely inspect every motor component near where I’m working. Such inspections reveal worn suspension and driving components needing further attention. That’s where a utility cart comes in handy for holding a replacement component readily available for the worn unit’s replacement. The cart has four 5” rubber-tired swivel casters, with two of the casters having brakes. These wheels allow the cart to readily roll over the doorway transition strips that separate the house from the garage and the one-inch drop down from the garage to the driveway. I applaud ELAFROS for including an extra hardware bag of screws, bolts, nuts, and washers in the parts box. None of them were needed as the main hardware bag had the proper number of each piece of hardware to complete the cart’s assembly. The cart is assembled inside down starting with the top tray. Its underneath strengthening ribbing served as a handy divided area for separating the assembly hardware during construction. This cart is exactly what its name implies and more; it’s a utility cart, a work cart, and a short-term storage cart. The ELAFROS cart’s plastic composition is heavy-duty while being non-marring or damaging to whatever is placed in it.I’m expecting this wheeled cart to give me years of service and I know it will never disappoint me.

No instructions
We were able to get this heavy duty utility cart together with some time and common sense; but it did take a long time, about an hour and a half, to assemble and I feel instructions could’ve drastically helped cut down on that time. Other than that though, it’s definitely heavy duty and sturdy. The material used is thick and hardy; although it does scratch easily, which doesn’t really bother me. So far, it has been able to handle about 100 lbs of different tools without bending or warping, plus it still rolls easily. I also love the deep side walls. It really helps keep everything on the cart and prevents tools from falling or getting knocked off, no matter the size of the tool. I should also mention that this cart is super heavy, about 80 pounds. So that’s something to be aware of before ordering, or at least make sure you have someone to help if you need it. All in all, I find this to be a great utility cart that easily serves its purpose and I would definitely recommend. Just make sure you’re prepared for how heavy it is and are willing to work around not having instructions.

Great rig, but wheels/locks not okay
I was super happy to find this rolling 3-level, high-sided cart. I’ve used one in various applications over the years, and they’re real workhorses. I wanted this one for my husband to use in his garage/workshop, though I wasn’t quite sure exactly what he’d use it for. Turns out, it was kind of providential. A few weeks after I got the cart, I still hadn’t unpacked and put it together. The holidays, a wicked flu, bronchitis, all conspired to keep me from feeling any kind of motivation for that. However, as I started to feel like a human being again, my husband mentioned that he really wanted to buy something called a jointer (a piece of woodworking equipment). We looked at them, found one he thought was a reasonable cost, and ordered it. Next thing I know, he’s telling me he doesn’t know what he’s going to put it on, for use as needed. One lightbulb moment later, and I had an answer for him…this awesome, rugged, functional cart! I proceeded to unpack and construct the cart, which was easy enough to do, just took a little elbow grease. I put on the wheels, placed the cart on the floor, and took it for a test run. The wheels glided pretty easily, turned well, and didn’t skip or bounce around. The problem became the locks. I locked them - they’re only on two of the four wheels, then tried to move the cart. It lurched a little, but definitely didn’t stay put at all. It was easy to move it against the locked wheels. That wasn’t great news. Luckily, I had ordered a nice set of wheels, with locks on all 4 wheels, several months ago. I dug them out, replaced the wheels on the cart, and voila, it works like a charm. And it’s the perfect platform for my husband’s new jointer. It gives him the portability he needs in the workshop, the stability he needs to work with it, and a couple of storage levels underneath, for accessory tools, and small pieces of wood. We’re both very happy with the cart now. I deducted one star because of the issues with the locking wheels. But we genuinely love the cart itself, and are super happy to have solved our dilemma with a place to store the jointer.

Really nice cart
This is equivalent to what you would find at Harbor Freight. It's a really sturdy cart with a ton of uses. I already had a 2 tier but this 3 tier cart will come in super handy. It's built solid and really sturdy.
