This is a great product and it has worked for me. But in return I have worked with the product. This is not a silver bullet. You have to meet any supplement you take at least half way. With that being said. You have to make sure you eat properly, exercise and make sure you get proper rest. What I just mentioned is the same thing any doctor will tell you except they would want to prescribe to you 1,000 pills. I have been taking this product for about 3 months and beyond from what I can remember. This is not an overnight thing or cure. My blood pressure has gone down with the aid of this product and yes I recommend it. For all the negative reviews check what you are doing outside of taking this product. Some people think they can take this product and still eat foods high in sodium and that is "NOT" the case! I will continue to purchase this product.

It has really helped with my HBP. I also take Hawthorn berry powder and Ashwagndha powder and encapsulated them myself. Triple Magnesium, I take as well. Two "Blood Pressure Formula" after lunch, 1 Triple Magnesium after breakfast, 1 capsule of Hawthorn and 1 capsule Ashwaghanda that I encapsulated after dinner. I did see a big difference. Magnesium also helps with sleep. When I wake up I feel rested! I appreciate people who share their experience and their testimony encourages me to give it a try. I'm not disappointed! I guess my doctor didn't like to hear that I rejected taking the prescribed med from her. My blood test was normal including kidney is normal. I tried to eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, legumes, seafood and avoided red meat, sugary and salty. If I do, it will be a treat because I love pork chops! Don't expect magic, do your part, be responsible, you are what you eat! Be healthy!

I have been battling HBP for over 30 yrs. a few months ago it took a scary turn. In spite of trying many brands I just couldn’t get it under control. When my doctor prescribed a 3rd med for my cocktail I decided to go a different route. Instead of a third pharmaceutical I tried this natural formula. After about a month my readings finally became acceptable. So now I take it faithfully along with my other 2 prescriptions and feel better than if I were taking 3 unnatural meds.

I purchased this product after reading the positive reviews. My BP numbers were significantly reduced when I went to Cardio doctor.. The product has many natural ingredients and I do not know how the ingredients result in reduced blood pressure but it works I think the hawthorn is a natural BP reducer and the other ingredients give it a boost. If your Blood Pressure numbers are high and your doctor is telling you to take Blood Pressure medication and all the terrible side effects that go with the meds, give this product a shot.

I purchased this for my 90 year old mother who doesn't want to take prescription blood pressure medication. It has made a significant improvement in her blood pressure readings and we plan to continue use it. I have also recommended it to my sister. Great product!

Product ineffective and the company makes it impossible to get through to them to cancel. Best to avoid a shady company like this.

Been taking my bp at home daily, pretty good, don't want to be without this supplement. Will try to post an update after doctor's visit. Bp 124/76 this morning, great improvement from February, 2018 numbers. Will keep up with supplements, exercise and meditation.
