Best there is. Raw and unabridged, it will keep you on the edge of your seat. Written in blood and not for the faint of heart.

this is the single best resource you could ask for
Weather crewman or coxswain, this is the single best resource you could ask for. And yeah, you can get it for free, but it is pretty nice to have an actual book.

One of the best books on seamanship out there. But technical military manual style writing may make it dry and boring for some readers.
