MN Furniture Derry High Gloss & Mirror Sliding Doors Wardrobe with Long Led Light and Bottom Drawers (Grey, 150cm)

Still waiting on replacement light as wire was broke received a plug this morning 2month later but light is still unable to use But I have 2 plugs now

I brought this wardrobe and was really excited about it but sadly the excitement did not last long at all! As previous reviews state the instructions are shocking but I was able to work out what piece was what after a lot of checking and double checking. Unfortunately while building the wardrobe it was clear the quality of the wood was not fit for purpose and it actually feel apart and broke half way through putting it together. I reported this issue to the seller who stated the reason it happened was due to my carpet and also due to the fact it was a heavy item and two females were trying to put it together! I was asked to send it back but as explained to them the way the boxes are it was impossible to repackage as you have to pull the boxes apart to get into them due to the industrial glue used,due to this they stated it could not be returned and to dispose of it and I would get a refund which stupidly I believed. After doing what they asked me to do I was then told they would give me a £80 refund which I refused so they offered me £100 or return the item which again I have refused as they are very aware they told me to dispose of it. All in all this is definitely not value for money as I am down £400+ and also the cost of disposing of the item. The customer service has been shocking and from what they told me this isn’t the first time this has happened to someone. They have also called me a liar when I explain I was asked to dispose of it and gave them the number that called me to discuss! They don’t listen to anything you tell them they just send the same response over and over again.I’d like to say they care but they just care about getting the money from you for a product they know is not fit for purpose.

Absolutely stunning wardrobe LED light ,lights up the room. The mirror is perfect. Installation is a little bit hard had to jump between pages to get a better understanding. All in all took about six hours with a friend impossible to do on your own The seller was really helpful with any information I needed,so thank you guys Have a lovely Christmas!

I ordered from MN furniture, the correspondence was excellent from them keeping me informed when courier was going to deliver courier also contacted me with a time off delivery of which was was within a week of ordering. There are a few different sellers of this design with very mixed reviews on quality however I think it very dependant on the assembly it’s important that it sits on a level floor and when assembled the diagonal measurements are correct the 2560 is definitely a two man job. Look through instructions multiple times they are not the easiest to follow there are also various clips on YouTube that may help. Now it is assembled and in use I would say it’s very good value for money.

It took a while for my other half to get up but he managed in the end. It’s very sturdy. Make sure when assemble it is in the right place becuase once it is up it won’t be getting moved. We love it though very modern and stylish looks lovely In our new bedroom

Even though instructions were poor it was pretty straight forward for such a bulky item... It definitely require two people but it's strong, sturdy and looks fantastic with loads of storage space.

The quality is very low and it is not worth paying for this wardrobe, because the doors are sliding and do not have a brake to close them, and the quality of the wardrobe material is very weak and fragile, and I suggest that you do not buy this wardrobe, I am not satisfied with this wardrobe at all and I made a mistake in spending my money on this wardrobe.

It looked great and strudy after putting together but after using it for 8 months the base of the wardrobe where the sliding wheels are placed started bending in the center making the doors go slanting on one leaving leaving a gap even in closed position. Attached pictures of how it looks now
