To start, I'd recommend the protection plan. 2 of the 3 electrodes arrived broken. However, this product is amazing. I have tried 2 other ab stimulators, they were clunky and I did not feel results on the highest settings. This product is great, I started off on 5 and i'm up to 8 so far, I can feel and see the results after a few weeks. My abs are more toned, even my lower abs which are a pain to work on. I absolutely hate crunches, but I can use this product for an hour or two a day while i work or relax, the guide says 20 minutes 2 times a day, but I use it everyday with no pain. The belt is a gamechanged, I used to have to tie a tank top around my other ab stimulator to hold it in place. Not needing gel pads is also great, those things sucked and constantly needed to be replaced. The modes are intense and actually stimulate your core, you can tell that you're getting a good workout with each use. If you want a good product, give this a try. I will say that if you are overweight, it may not work for you just by itself, get started with walking everyday, eating healthier, and exercising. This is not a magic fix for obesity, it is a tool to help you get better results and build on top of your physical progress. Everyone has a right to physical fitness, but it takes effort.

the waist belt only focuses on 2 areas... left and right, there is no focused muscular therapy, and for the lines on the belt... they don't really focus on anything but alignment. I thought I was getting something that was worth the price. NOPE! if you want to work on lower then use it like a belt for your pants. the product is not bad if you are only looking for 2 zone therapy or, (for abs, only 2 MUCLES). for what I thought it was and wanted, and the amount paid... THIS PRODUCT SUCKS. I dont understand how this got a top rating

I just unpackaged this tonight and I am wearing the abs part while sitting here doing this. I'll try the arms later. It's pretty nice actually. It is easy to unpack and figure out to get going. A little hard to fasten Velcro behind your back alone. This is my first abs stimulator device. I'm guessing they are pretty much all the same in that regard. The only thing is it only covers a very small portion of your abs so I'll have to rotate through different areas. I am using this because I have horrible loser back problems with herniated disk, sciatica and the rest. So, I want to build up my abs. Also I am into body building so I wanted one with arms also. I'll update once I get more experience with this.

Very sturdy and great value

I love these products! As a mother of three, my stomach has changed a lot. I've lost a significant amount of weight and want to tone my midsection. I've been drinking plenty of water, following a calorie deficit meal plan, and working out, but I needed something extra. A friend recommended this product, and after a few months of use, I can say it’s effective. I use the midsection wrap after workouts and while doing housework. The wrap is large, and the Velcro is very secure. It also includes two smaller wraps for arms or legs, but they are quite small. Despite losing 35 pounds, the wraps barely fit around my knees, although they do fit my arms, albeit with some difficulty when putting them on alone. My only issue with the midsection wrap is that the monitor sometimes doesn’t work properly; I often have to press it closer to my stomach. It also turns off if I bump into something while cleaning. Overall, while there are some improvements needed, these wraps are effective when combined with a calorie deficit meal plan, increased water intake, and exercise.

I'm shocked!! I bought this for my husband because he is so busy with work he has literally no time for himself, let alone exercise. He has been using it daily for the past couple weeks. It's super easy to do chores or just veg on the couch while wearing it. My daughter looked at him yesterday and said, "Your shirts aren't super tight anymore! Are you doing sit ups or something?!". The fact that a teenager acknowledged his appearance is a true testament to the effectiveness of this machine (and NO, he has not been doing sit ups). I'm sold, and will be buying another for myself!
