Really good does the job of you love lose tea i love chi tea lose so was very useful got the bigger one which you can do 2 ajd half cups in one go with ur infusion

Great teapot, I really like the modern design. As it's made from glass, I can keep adding water until I can see that it looks too weak, so I can then start with a fresh brew. It was a good buy for me as I use it for my daily anti-inflammatory brew of green tea, turmeric, and ginger.

⚠️ Glass defect (scratches etched in the glass around the sides from poor handling during manufacturing). Ordered three times but they all have the same issue. It's evidence that the glass is very fragile and paper thin. This can't be borosilicate glass! If it was, the glass wouldn't scratch so easily! The metal diffuser also scratches the glass with the 3 clips. One of the 3 has a wonky lead because the glass top rim isn't straight. And the metal part has bits of black goo on it, some kind of industrial dirt or grease.

Fair price for a good item. Pours without spillage and stays hot on my t light stand for 3 hrs

Good, nice tea pot.

I thought this Glass Kettle looked really nice and was well pleased after unboxing ,the only problem i have with it is , you cannot use it without the removable strainer as the lid does not fit without the strainer being in the Kettle, a minor problem i guess but an issue all the same.

So pretty, very strong glass does what it says love this

Flimsy, thin glass and a poor-quality product. It shattered unexpectedly and cut my finger.

It does the job and looks fine, but the design is not great. You cannot fill this up high and use it... the water goes all over the place. The spout is not made for this to be used with much water in it... more for show than for function.
