It was a great convenience to have when traveling in Scotland this year.

This product does not convert the current from 240 to 110. It burned up my curling iron within about 40 seconds, after making a strange sizzling sound. I heard the sound, realized what was happening, but wasn't able to pull the cord out in time, as it happened so fast. Do not buy this product for travel. (I used it in the Philippines in a very modern hotel in Makati, where I conducted business for a week. There were no power outages or signs of problems with the hotel's electricity.)

Great converter! Easy to use and lots of space for our electronics. Customer service is great as well. Definitely recommend.

This is a nice-looking power converter with a compact design. It has 3 attachments that slide on to the U.S. prongs while they’re folded up. They feel secure when they’re pressed all of the way on, but it’s not the smoothest operation applying them. All of the outlets are working as they should, here in the U.S., but I’ll have to wait until we travel again to test how well the converter works. Also, the most wattage that it can produce, if it’s converting power, is 1000 W… so I can’t use it with a hair dryer. But, otherwise, so far, so good.

This adapter works surprisingly well, but I have two complaints: 1) There is an odd, high-frequency noise emitted from the adapter whenever it is plugged in. 2) The adapters don't feel like they fit all that well. They do work, but there's no "clicking" noise when they are attached, so it feels as though they never attached in the first place. Overall, I recommend this product but with caution. Make sure that, if you purchase it, you test it out in your environment to ensure it works well and fits your needs.

My wife took it to the Philippines and it worked great

I took this converter to Europe on a recent trip and it killed both my blow dryer and my flat iron, which were both very expensive and very high quality. Needless to say, this was a huge inconvenience and I do NOT recommend this product if you care about your hair tools. I wish I could get reimbursed honestly—this incident cost me hundreds of dollars.
