Amazing product, Priced well.
I bought this product to be used after my shoulder surgery. The bag slipped into a pillowcase cover nicely and stays cold for extremely long time. I would recommend this product and I would also like to mention that the The ice sheets are easy to store, clean and reuse.

面白いと思って値段もたかくなかったので購入しましたが、透明の部分は凄く薄いフィルムなので簡単に切れちゃいそうです 切れても中身は純水だから大丈夫って書いてあるけど、やっぱ切れるって事かな？ まだ使ってないけど、んーーーって感じですねw

Muy practico.
Lo he utilizado para el tratamiento de Dolores musculares y ha sido muy eficaz, ya que permite poder rodear el brazo y ajustarlo con una liga. El hecho de poder cortar la planilla a la mutad hace que sea mas practico. Muy buen producto para terapia de frío en dolores musculares.

Going to return....
The full sheet itself is great; the sheets can be cut. However there is very little room to cut the ice sheet. I was super careful and unfortunately I lost a number to the cubes containing water. Ok product if you want to keep it in its existing size.
