Shilajit RX 30g Jar. Natural Raw Shilajit Resin: Premium Mineral Supplement Paste – Organic Resin Shilajit Extract

So I just got mines in today, when I open it due to the California heat it was a bit soft, there was a bit on the seal that I removed so I just put the seal in a cup of warm water, I am sure it was about twice the normal application but I did not want to waste it. I added Haritaki, Maca, and coffee into the cup as well. Let me tell you I immediately started to feel something taking place in my stomach, but it seems to be a good way, I will update this in a few weeks but just wanted to say I am very pleased for now. today date it 07-05-2018.......update Saturday July 21, 2018I received my product from amazon for this product of shilajitRX on time ( July 5, 2018 ), upon using it for the past few days which today is July 20, 2018 I have notice allot of positivechanges. For instance my system being my stomach and intestine flows so much better.In fact the first day when i tried it about 10 minutes later I had felt changes taken place inmy abdominal area ( such as if internally there was something taken place, similar to when you might at times feel food passing but instead of feeling it pass it was if that area wasgoing thru changes as if being worked on. I have allot o energy in the morning, and increasein overall health wise. I use to have sharp nerve pain but since taking this product it has notbeen an issue. I am able to do 6 miles every day and being overweight this helps allot tokeep me going. I am 6ft 2 inch tall and weight is 350lbs. I take mines with coffee in the morning and FYI do not take at night for you will be up, I did this when I first got it and would be upall night long LOL. It mixes well only if you use hot fluids, it takes about under a minute to breakdown into the fluid ( I use a knife ) some times you can stir it to make it dissolve a bit faster,My mood is much happier and positive, I feel less stressed even though the same circumstancesand issues are still in my life. Mentally I feel so much more focused and awareness is muchgreater, my mind isn't hoping all over the place.
